Low Season:
October 1-May 15, 2008 (excluding Festival weekends, Holidays, School Breaks & local events).
$300.00/$350.00 per night for 10 people.
There is a minimum of 4 nights stay.
High Season:
May 16-September 30, 2008.
$400.00 for weekdays and $450.00 for weekends, Festivals, Holidays, & Local Events. July, August, Festivals and Holidays require a 7 night stay. Other Summer dates require a 4 night stay.
There is an additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for more than 10 people.
There is also a cleaning fee of $85-$100.00 depending on the size of group. Oregon has a 1% tax for lodging which also applies.
